Our digital and analogue photocopiers come with a wide
variety of options. Our philosophy is to work with you to come up with a solution
that is the "best fit" for your needs. We have both used and new units,
units for rent, lease, a solution for everybody's budget. The following is a copier
speed guideline for any office to follow.
Home - 1, 000 to 8, 000 copies a month Any mid-size model will do for you. You should look for a unit that does about
12-20 ppm.
Small - 8, 000 to 10, 000 copies a month This calls for a mid-volume copier. You can choose from quite a few sub 20
ppm models. Today's models comes with options such as document feeders, staple-sorters,
automatic double sided copying, etc.
Medium - 10, 000 to 20, 000 copies a month At this volume a 25-35 ppm model will best suit your needs. If speed is top
priority, you may want to look at a 40 ppm model that is more aggressively priced.
Large A - 20, 000 to 30, 000 copies a month Right around here we would suggest the 35-45 ppm model. Some buyers will go
to the 50-60 ppm model, but this is overkill (it's like buying a sports car with
a powerful engine but driving less than the speed limit).
Large B - 30, 000 to 40, 000 copies a month At this volume a 45-49 ppm mdel is recommended. This would be considerred
upper mid size.
