We service what we sell, as well as a wide variety of other
products. If you're not sure, just ask us! In the event we cannot repair your
photocopier, fax machine or printer, we will supply a loaner while your unit goes
in-shop.
Factory Trained Technicians
M5 Digital Products LTD maintains a required number of technicians with authorized
training on various copiers, facsimiles, printers, and computer systems. These
are product experts, working closely with the manufacturer, who know the machine
inside and out. As new products are introduced, we ensure our technical staff
attends the special factory training.
Field Service Operation
We manage a comprehensive field service operation designed to provide on-site
repair (4 hour response time) and maintenance of a wide variety of products. We
are fully prepared to come to you, in a timely manner, in order to service or
repair your copier, fax, printer, or computer on-site. Obviously, this minimizes
downtime as well as disruption of your operation.
Ongoing Customer Relations Program
To establish and support a positive long-term working relationship, we maintain
frequent and continuous relations and customer satisfaction training programs
for our technicians and customer contact personnel. In this way, we can manage

Our computer system must incorporate parts inventory control, field technician
dispatching, maintenance agreement tracking, and service billing. The goal of
this system is to allow us to provide service and support in the most efficient
